Pet Policy

1. Terms of Use

• (1) Our accommodation is available only to guests staying at the accommodation and their dogs.
• (2) Dogs other than the owner's pet dog are not allowed.
• (3) Owners may bring up to two small dogs weighing up to 10 kg per accommodation unit.
• (4) Owners may only bring their dogs if they can properly control them.
• (5) Owners may only bring their dogs which are used to staying in an indoor environment for most of the time.
• (6) Please fill out a "Dog Accommodation Registration Form" at check-in.
• (7) Dogs are not allowed to sleep in guest beds; they must sleep in dog bedding.
• (8) Only those who can abide by these Terms of Use and keep their manners are allowed to stay at the accommodation. In addition, they must have agreed to and signed the "Facility Terms of Use and Agreement for Bringing Your Pet Dog."

2. Unsuitable dogs

• (1) Dogs in heat (estrus) or within 2 weeks of finishing heat (estrus)
• (2) Pregnant dogs
• (3) Dogs that have not received a rabies vaccination
  *Dogs that have not received a rabies vaccination for more than 1 year or within 14 days of the last vaccination are also not allowed to use the facility
• (4) Dogs that have not been vaccinated against infectious diseases (multivalent vaccines of 3 in 1 or above)
• (5) Dogs suffering from infectious diseases (viral, bacterial, etc.)
• (6) Dogs infected with parasites that may infect other animals (fleas, ticks, filaria, intestinal parasites, etc.)
• (7) Dogs with contagious skin diseases
• (8) Dogs that are injured

3. Rules and Manners

• (1) Always keep your dog with you and be careful not to disturb other dogs.
• (2) Always wear a leash and keep your dog under control.
  ※For dogs that cannot respond to calls, please be sure to wear a leash even in areas where dogs are allowed to be off-leash.
• (3) Regardless of whether it is a male or female dog, immediately stop your dog from mounting objects or other dogs.
• (4) After brushing at the accommodation, be sure to pick up any hair with a sticky roller.
• (5) If your dog poops or pees in the indoor dog toilet, you must dispose of it yourself and put it in the burnable garbage.
• (6) If your dog poops or pees at the accommodation, dispose of the poop in the special disposal bag and then pour a bottle of water and rinse over the area where the poop was excreted. If it is a pee, please rinse the area with a water bottle.
• (7) Please bring along with your dog when going outside (do not leave your dog unattended when going out).
• (8) Do not make loud noises or do anything that may frighten your dog.
• (9) If your dog causes significant contamination or damage, you may be required to pay for the actual costs of repairs, cleaning, and disinfection.

Declaration

The owner is responsible for any damage or injury to the owner or the owner's dog that occurs at the accommodation. The accommodation will not be held liable.
If the owner or their dog causes damage or injury to a third party within the accommodation, the owner will be liable for compensation. The accommodation will not be held liable.
In the unlikely event that trouble, injury, or accident occurs to a dog within the accommodation, the accommodation will not be involved in any way.
