Accommodation Terms and Conditions

These Accommodation Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") set forth the conditions that apply to guests using Tokyo Villa (hereinafter referred to as the "Facility"). Guests are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions by making a reservation and using this facility.

1. Establishment of contract

  • An accommodation contract is established when a guest makes a reservation through a reservation site and the facility approves the reservation.

2. Accommodation rates and payment conditions

  • Accommodation fees are based on the price list posted on each reservation site. Prices are calculated based on the details of the guest's stay.
  • Payment is made by the method specified at the time of reservation (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

3. Obligations of Guests

  • Guests are obligated to abide by the house rules and terms of use as set forth by the facility.
  • If a guest brings a pet with them, they agree to the regulations based on the pet accommodation terms and conditions and will ensure that their pet is managed carefully throughout the period.
  • Guests must maintain order& manner within the facility and be mindful not to cause trouble to other guests.

5. Cancel Policy

  • According to the regulations of each reservation site.

6. Refusal of accommodation contract

This facility may refuse an accommodation contract if any of the following apply. Please note that besides the following situations, refusal may also occur following Article 5 of the Hotel Business Act.

  • (1) When the application for accommodation is not based on these Terms and Conditions.
  • (2) When there is no room available due to full occupancy.
  • (3) When it is recognized that there is a risk that the person seeking accommodation may violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals in connection with accommodation.
  • (4) When the person seeking accommodation falls under any of the following:
    • - a: If the person falls under the category of anti-social forces such as organized crime group members.
    • - b: In the case of a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or members of an organized crime group.
    • - (c)A corporation whose officers include members of organized crime groups.
  • (5) If the person seeking accommodation behaves in a way that significantly inconveniences other guests.
  • (6) If the person seeking accommodation is a patient of a specific infectious disease.
  • (7) If violent demands are made or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is demanded regarding the accommodation.
  • (8) If the person seeking accommodation requests an excessive burden from the facility, which may seriously impede the provision of services to other guests.
  • (9) When the accommodation is not possible due to a natural disaster, a breakdown of the facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.

7. Disclaimer

  • This facility will not bear any responsibility for any valuables lost or stolen during the stay.
  • Guests are responsible for keeping their valuables safe and should use the safety deposit boxes available at the facility if necessary.

8. Damage or dirtiness of accommodation equipment

  • If the facilities are damaged or soiled by guests, compensation will be handled following the compensation system set forth at each reservation site. The guests should understand and comply with the compensation regulations of the reservation site.

9. Troubleshooting

  • In case of damages to the facilities caused by the guests, they should bear the actual costs of repairs, cleaning, and disinfection.
  • The facility shall not be liable for any accidents or other troubles caused by the guests.

10. Handling of Personal Information

  • Guests' personal information will be used to facilitate accommodation procedures and accommodation-related operations, and will be strictly managed.
  • Personal information will only be provided to third parties with prior consent from the guests. However, except for legal circumstances.

11. Other

  • The facility has regulations regarding noise and hours. Guests should be considerate and reduce their volume at night (e.g., after 10:00 p.m.).
  • When using the facility or equipment in this facility, please follow the instructions and take precautions to prevent accidents.
